Like modern acts Coheed & Cambria and Taking Back Sunday, Lengthy Island, NY’s the Sleeping merge emo, hardcore, and different other designs into an angst-ridden soup. Vocalist Doug Robinson, guitarist Cameron Keym, bassist Sal Mignano, and drummer Joe Zizzo had been previously associated with various other rings (like the defunct Skycamefalling), and these encounters brought yet another progressive edge towards the Sleeping’s 2004 debut, Believe WHAT WE SHOULD LET YOU KNOW.
