In 1978, the singer released and had great nationwide success with her version for Bob Dylan’s “Blowin’ in the Blowing wind,” which propelled the selling of her initial album, Diana Pequeno. Having attempted several different styles, from Northeastern and Latin American rhythms to pop music, she acquired no strikes in her five following albums, released until 1989.
