Inspired by the most common grindcore suspects (Napalm Loss of life, Carcass, Exhumed, et al.), Denver, CO’s evocatively called Catheter created in 1997, and offers since released over twelve break up LPs and 7″s with like-minded functions such as Dark Marketplace Fetus, Fukrot, and F.U.B.A.R. They’ve also toured thoroughly, and documented two complete albums in 2003’s Preamble to Oblivion and 2005’s Dimensions 303, using their latest lineup comprising Jeff Montoya (guitars, vocals), Keith Sanchez (guitars), Wally Cox (bass), and Haroldo Mardones (aka H Murder — drums).
