The Faith Brothers

A passionate make of rock and roll, spiced with a vintage soul experience, allowed the Trust Brothers to handle important politics and moral issues without having to preach. Their debut solitary, ‘Country FROM THE Blind’, in 1985, arranged the firmness, an attack on the country in the handbags of customer fever and a decaying welfare condition. ‘Stranger On House Floor’ (1985) was nearer to their hearts, coping with the music group’s attitude towards the increased loss of community, not really least where they was raised around western world London’s Fulham region. The year finished with the even more positive ‘Eventide (A Hymn For Modification)’, a name shared with the Beliefs Brothers’ debut record released in the Virgin Information subsidiary 10. Together with the primary songwriter Billy Franks (electric guitar, vocals) had been Lee Hirons (bass), his sibling Mark (electric guitar), Henry Trezise (keyboards), Tag Waterman (saxophone), Will Tipper (trumpet) and Steve Howlett (drums). The immediacy from the singles appeared to be dropped on Eventide, which sounded strained and tame compared. ‘Whistling In The Dark’ was used as an additional one in 1986, but didn’t chart. The Beliefs Brothers came back in 1987 using a Individual Sound, but like its two singles, ‘That’s Simply The Way IT REALLY IS To Me’ and ‘Consider Me’, it produced little impression plus they disbanded quickly thereafter.
