Du Blonde’s swaggering rock and roll began when ethereal folk-pop singer/songwriter Beth Denim jeans Houghton thought creatively blocked while saving the follow-up to her eclectic 2012 debut Yours Truly, Cellophane Nasal area. After splitting up with her music group the Hooves of Future and scrapping an album’s well worth of materials, she spent a while in LA writing new tunes that experienced truer towards the music she wished to make. Dealing with Nick Cave & the Poor Seed products drummer Jim Sclavunos as maker, she documented Du Blonde”s 1st album Welcome Back again to Dairy, which presented a cooperation with Long term Islands’ Samuel T. Herring and premiered in-may 2015.
