Robert Curtis Smith

b. c.1930, Mississippi, USA. This achieved guitarist was inspired by ‘Big’ Costs Broonzy. A wistful but dedicated blues vocalist, Smith was uncovered by possibility in Wade Walton’s barber store. Smith worked being a plantation labourer, and elevated a large family members in significant poverty. He was documented once again in 1962, but didn’t become successful with the brand new white viewers. In 1969 he was reported to get joined the cathedral and deserted the blues.
