William James Ross

This prominent composer and organist was created September 6, 1937, in Dallas, TX. He went to Trinity University or college in San Antonio, where he analyzed body organ with Donald Ready and received his B.A. in 1960. He trained in the San Antonio General public School program between 1960 and 1969, where time he continuing his musical education and received a qualification in that subject matter in 1967. He later on attended the College or university of Michigan at Ann Arbor, where he researched structure with Ross Lee Finney and Leslie Bassett and body organ with Marilyn Mason, getting his master’s level in music in 1971. For orchestra only, he has created several functions, including Prospritis for huge orchestra (1971) and Last Harvest From your Last Great Times of THE WORLD (Three Items for Orchestra) (1992 – 1994). William Wayne Ross can be the author of very much body organ music, including Variants for Body organ (1966); Sunlight Traces (1970); Viet Nam Memorial (1971); JUST HOW From Globe (1972); A Publication of Adjustments for body organ, narrator, and slip projections (Drinking water Music I) (1975) (1st prize champion in the University or college of Texas Program Structure Contest, 1976); Homage to J.S.B. for J.S.
