Talented Brazilian bassist Ronaldo Diamante started his job in the mid-’80s, taking part in the Rio Jazz Orchestra, Bardok Jazz Quintet and operating along with Moraes Moreira, Maria Bethania, and Marisa Monte, among additional prominent artists. Ronaldo Diamante’s debut recording, called Jaix, premiered in 1997, accompanied by 2000’s Charanga.
