The brand new wave band TV21 formed in the past due ’70s, comprising drummer Colin Maclean, guitarist Ally Palmer, bassist Neil Baldwin, and vocalist/guitarist Norman Rodger. The music group required their name from Thunderbirds inventor Gerry Anderson’s fanzine. After launching their initial two singles on Powerbeat in early 1980, they documented a program for John Peel’s BBC radio plan. Another couple of singles implemented for the Demon label in 1981. Maclean divide and was changed by Ali Patterson, a previous person in the Rezillos. Deram snapped the group up and released A Thin Crimson Line in past due 1981, the band’s just long-player.
