Featuring rapper/producer Proof and producer/rapper the Alchemist, Stage Brothers certainly are a hip-hop super duo who emerged together while Proof was dealing with his former group, Dilated Peoples. The Alchemist also supplied creation on Evidence’s single debut, 2007’s The Weatherman LP, but their collaborative name didn’t get together until a calendar year later when Stage Brothers arrived a credit on Evidence’s The Layover EP. The task dropped their public debut record, Lord Steppington, over the Rhymesayers label in early 2014.
