Thomas Shaw

b. 4 March 1908, Brenham, Tx, USA, d. 24 Feb 1977, NORTH PARK, California, USA. Shaw was trained harmonica and electric guitar by family members while still quite youthful, developing his blues design through his collaborations with an increase of famous performers of your day, Blind Lemon Jefferson and Ramblin’ Thomas. Having spent a lot of his youngsters travelling throughout Tx, he resolved in California in 1934. There he continuing his musical actions, showing up on radio and establishing his own membership, which ran for quite some time. In the 60s, he became a minister at a NORTH PARK cathedral, but he was also ‘rediscovered’ through the blues revival, and produced his initial recordings, where the Jefferson impact was especially significant. He made an appearance at folk celebrations and toured in European countries in 1972.
