Shelley Leong

A multi-instrumentalist singer and songwriter of Malaysian descent, Shelley Leong was a part of a burgeoning indie music picture in her house country. Quickly generating plaudits from your mainstream — she was nominated for any Best New Designer honor in 2005 — Leong received herself a scholarship or grant from your well-known and well known Berklee University of Music in 2005. After graduating, she held her career moving in two locations simultaneously — Kuala Lumpur and her fresh adopted home of SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA — and released her debut recording, Storyteller, immediately after. In 2007, Leong received additional accolades when she received an honorable point out award in the Billboard Globe Songwriting Competition in 2007.
