Tahra

Paris-based Tahra is normally a classically educated singer and super model tiffany livingston who has wanted to modernize the Moorish music of her indigenous Mauritania with the addition of high-technology synthesizer backing to traditional songs. In 1989 she documented the multi-lingual record Yamen Yamen using a French backing music group.
