The Australian neo-prog outfit Aragon has combined the ambitions of progressive rock using the instrumentation of modern pop. Documenting three albums well worth of idea materials in the 1990s that presented epic songs and intellectual lyrics, Aragon’s keyboard-led audio can be dominated by drum devices and sequenced bass parts. Aragon was created in Melbourne, Australia, in 1986 by Tom Behrsing (keyboards), John Poloyannis (acoustic guitar), and Les Dougan (vocals). The trio spent almost a year writing materials, than added two fresh members with their lineup — Rob Bacon (bass) and Tony Italia (drums). The group performed in the Melbourne region for several weeks while documenting their 1st demos. Aragon’s 1st launch, Don’t Bring the Rainfall (1988), arrived like a mini-LP. Amazing the music group with its achievement in European countries, Aragon returned towards the studio room to record extra songs for any full-length Compact disc re-release. However, unsatisfied along with his bass playing around the record, Bacon made a decision to keep the group to come back to music college. The music group sought out, but cannot find a satisfactory alternative to Bacon therefore decided to utilize a sequencer for everyone upcoming bass parts. Italia still left the group in 1991 due to marital issues and was also not really replaced.
