Susanne Lautenbacher

Suzanne Lautenbacher was a pioneer interpreter of Baroque violin music. Although she performed today’s violin, her 1962 documenting of Biber’s Secret Sonatas continues to be a “traditional”, and helped to spur in the craze towards period overall performance. Lautenbacher’s recordings could be entirely on Vox.
