Sexteto La Constelacion De Colombia

Sexteto La Constellacion De Colombia was a short-lived random group of college or university learners in Bogota who came together in 1998 initial as Ensamble Polifonicos Vallenato. A few of its people included Eblis Alvarez (Meridian Brothers), Mario Galleano (Ondatropica), and Maria Angelica Valencia (Asdrubal). As the initial group have been founded to develop on the traditional Colombian vallenato type of the 1940s and 50s–with the addtional inspirations of punk rock and roll and psyechdelia–Sexteto La Constellacion De Colombia was even more inspired with the folk noises and musical instruments of their nation’s seaside folk customs. Their just recordings were put together and released with those of Ensamble Polifonicos Vallenato’s on Staubgold’s quantity Fiesta, Que Viva La in 2014.
