Created and raised in NEW YORK, Jillian was raised taking dance lessons, showing up in music video clips, and modeling while an adult. Determining to also enterprise into dance music, she released her debut solitary, I Wanna RELEASE, which obtained some airplay on regional r / c, in 2003. 3 years later on Love U AROUND came out.
