The vocal trio RPM 2000 — Lamar Sampson, Avery Scott, and Ronnell Davis — originates from South Central LA where its members lived in poverty and participated in gangs just before embracing music. The three performers ultimately teamed up and found the eye of Michael Concepcion, putting your signature on along with his Grand Jury Entertainment creation business in 1996. Concepcion groomed them, and in July 2000, Warner Bros. information released their debut record, Peace in the town.
