Following breakup of math rockers June of 44 in 2000, guitarist Sean Meadows embarked on two new endeavors: an organization called the Notice E and a fresh single task he dubbed Everlasting just how. Its root base dated back again to 1998, when Meadows required a street trip from NY to L.A. to be able to score a brief film for a pal at USC; once there, he also documented a few single songs using the leftover studio room time.
