Composer and traditional Irish fiddler Evan Chambers can be an affiliate professor of structure and the movie director from the electronic music studios in the University or college of Michigan. His compositions possess won several honors, including 1st reward in the Cincinnati Symphony Country wide Composers’ Competition, as well as the Walter Beeler Memorial Compostion Reward, which he received in 1998. His functions have already been performed from the Cincinnati, Kansas Town, Memphis, and Albany Symphonies, and he’s a citizen composer with the brand new music ensemble, Quorum. A documenting of his compositions, as performed by Quorum, COOL WATER, Dry Stone, premiered by Albany Information in 2001.
