Ensemble Aurora

Outfit Aurora was founded in 1986 by violinist Enrico Gatti to execute Baroque repertoire. Basing its instrumental format on Arcangelo Corelli’s chamber sonatas, which needed violin, recorder, bassoon, and harpsichord, the group provides concentrated on functions by Johann Sebastian Bach, Antonio Vivaldi, Alessandro Scarlatti, Alessandro Stradella, and Johann Heinrich Schmelzer, among various other Baroque composers. Outfit Aurora has documented for Tactus, Arcana, Glossa, and Excellent Classics.
