Hunter Valentine

Fiery Canadian all-female hard rock outfit Hunter Valentine was shaped in 2004 by guitarist/vocalist Kiyomi McCloskey, bassist Adrienne Lloyd, and drummer Laura Petracca. Sketching on influences just like the Pretenders, Janis Joplin, Loverboy, and Muse, the music group turned mind in Southern Ontario using its 2005 self-financed debut EP, which resulted in a record cope with Accurate North, who shipped the group’s 1st full-length outing, 2007’s The Impatient Passionate. Made by Ian Blurton (Weakerthans, Cursed, Skydiggers), 2010’s Lessons through the NIGHT TIME dutifully captured the group’s propulsive live audio, and was accompanied by the like-minded however even more streamlined Collide & Conquer in 2012.
