Fusing blues, doom, and psychedelic rock and roll, the Atlas Moth turn to their hometown of Chicago, Illinois for inspiration within their post-metal tests. With levels of rumbling guitars and synthesizers, the music group takes a even more textural method of metal, making a maelstrom of large riffs and swirling atmospherics that evokes Isis and Green Floyd in identical measure. The music group produced its full-length debut on Candlelight in ’09 2009 using a Glorified Little bit of Blue Sky, pursuing up in 2011 with An Ache for the length, that was released on Profound Lore.
