The Kids

The veterans from the Belgian punk scene, the youngsters formed in 1976 when bassist Danny De Haes was simply 12 years of age. Joined up with by his sibling Eddy on drums, business lead vocalist Ludo Mariman, and guitarist Luc Vehicle de Poel, the music group backed Iggy Pop and Patti Smith before liberating their self-titled recording in 1978, and its own follow-up, Naughty Children, in the same yr. Following 1979’s Surviving in the 20th Hundred years, 1981’s Dark Out, and 1985 swan music Gotcha!, the music group break up but reconvened in 2004 to try out their first-ever U.S. display at Brooklyn’s Southpaw. After liberating an anthology collection in 2007, the music group appeared alongside famous brands the Sex Pistols, the Buzzcocks, and the brand new York Dolls in the 2008 Lokerse Feesten Event.
