Delta Cross Band

Led by pianist/guitarist/vocalist Troels Jensen, the Delta Combination Group brought the electrifying sounds of contemporary blues and contemporary American folk to Denmark through the 1980s. Produced in the past due ’60s, as the Delta Blues Music group or Delta, the Delta Combination Band was mostly of the rings to record the obscure Dylan tune “Legionnaire’s Disease,” which made an appearance on the 1981 album, IN ADVANCE. Although they released another impressive album, A DOWN ECONOMY, in 1991, the group’s irritation at not really breaking in to the worldwide market led these to disband. Jensen surfaced ten years afterwards when he collaborated with Danish bluesman H.P. Lange.
