Soundpool, a desire pop outfit whose reverb-drenched audio pulls heavily from seminal performers want My Bloody Valentine and Lush, formed in NEW YORK in 2005 with Kim Field, John Ceparano, Tag Robinson, Wayne Renard, and a rotating solid of bassists who also included Ben Malkin, High Bennett, Dean McCormick, and Andy Durutti. Soundpool’s debut recording, On High, premiered on Aloft Information the following 12 months. Their sophomore work, Dichotomies & Dreamland, strike shops in early 2008. After a change to a fresh label (Killer Pimp), the group (which right now presented Sanford Santacroce on bass) released the dance music and disco influenced Mirrors within your Eyes in springtime of 2010.
