The Creek

Formed in NEW YORK, USA, this hard rock-band shortened their name from Sugarcreek in 1986 in order to avoid any association with the united states music scene. Composed of Jerry Western world (electric guitar, vocals), Rick Lee (keyboards, vocals), Mike Barber (bass), Tim Clark (vocals, percussion) and Lynn Examples (drums), they customized in extremely melodic pomp-rock, producing extensive usage of four-part vocal harmonies. Inspired by Styx, Kansas and Trip, they will have released two extraordinary albums on shoestring costs. In 1987 John Harwell and Robbie Hegler changed Examples and Barber on drums and bass, respectively.
