Bristol, England wish pop outfit Key Glimmer were formed in November 1990 by vocalist Jamie Gingell and ex-Panda Pops guitarist Scott Purnell; originally dubbed Amelia’s Wish, the duo documented a three-song demonstration that they mailed to important indie label Sarah Information, who decided to issue an individual, “After Years,” in the fall of 1991.
