Rough Bunnies

Youth friends-turned-bandmates Anna and Frida started building recordings seeing that the Tough Bunnies in 2002 following break up of Inside Riot, a music group they’d formed if they were teens. The Swedish duo cultivated a childlike, wry, unapologetically lo-fi visual that nodded to works just like the Moldy Peaches, Talulah Gosh, and (in a few of their reverb-ier occasions) Dark Tambourine. The duo self-released several homemade recordings during the period of the following 2 yrs: C-Sides (2002), Toff Hevn (2004), andSaved MY ENTIRE LIFE (2004). 2006 discovered the Tough Bunnies adding many releases with their discography; that season, their fourth discharge, Weisse Westen, was released in the Michigan-based label Ypsilanti Information, a divide EP, Love Is certainly Hot For, premiered on MyHoney Information, as well as the Rough Bunnies self-released their 6th recording, A Circus Defeat. Together with all of this, Anna and Frida also released a download-only recording, The Tough Bunnies Goes Pirate, that was made available free of charge on their site.
