Richie Beirach

Although relatively underrated, Richie Beirach is really a consistently inventive pianist whose capability to play both free of charge with lyricism makes him a genuine. After studying traditional piano, Beirach turned to jazz. He examined at Berklee as well as the Manhattan College of Music, and had taken lessons with Stan Getz, Dave Holland, and Jack port DeJohnette. Beirach performed electric powered piano while with Dave Liebman’s Lookout Plantation in 1974, but afterward mainly trapped to acoustic piano. He teamed up with Liebman on many events (like the early-’80s group Search) and it has documented frequently because the ’80s. Among his many careers being a sideman had been essential stints with Getz, Lee Konitz, John Abercrombie, and Chet Baker, and Beirach provides played music which range from hard bop to no cost. His classical schooling can often be noticed in his more complex improvisations, combined with the awareness of a Costs Evans.
