Jon Thurlow

Since joining the ministry at Kansas City’s International Home of Prayer in 2004, singer/songwriter and Colorado Springs local Jon Thurlow has quietly recorded a string of successful, self-released independent albums. His soft, hushed tone of voice and solid piano-led beliefs ballads have obtained him a pursuing in the modern Christian music community. His diligence was compensated in 2013 when he agreed upon a cope with Forerunner Music, the Kansas Town church’s huge in-house label and house to several various other successful Christian serves. Thurlow’s seventh record — and initial live documenting — Stand in Awe premiered by Forerunner afterwards that calendar year and features 11 primary music culled from his previously releases.
