PnB Rock

Mixing hip-hop and R&B like Chris Dark brown and Fetty Wap merged into one, Rakim “PnB Rock and roll” Allen got his moniker from Pastorius and Baynton Streets in his hometown of Philadelphia. He debuted in 2014 using the mixtape RNB (Genuine Nigga Bangaz), its name referencing Rock’s mixture of R&B and rap. The RNB2 mixtape made an appearance early in 2015 and captured the interest of Atlantic Information. The Warner-affiliated label agreed upon Rock and roll and released RNB3 that same season, together with his one “Jealous” offering Fetty Wap. Both released a mixtape, Cash, Hoes & Moves, in 2016. Over summer and winter, Rock made a variety of visitor appearances on paths by Kodak Dark, YFN Lucci, Kevin Hart, yet others. His correct debut record, GTTM: Goin Thru the Movements, premiered by Atlantic in early 2017. Wiz Khalifa, Ty Dolla $ign, and A Boogie wit da Hoodie all produced visitor appearances. The discharge was successful, hitting the very best 30 from the Billboard 200 record chart.
