Retro-rockabilly singer/guitarist Monica “Lil’ Mo” Passin initial emerged as an associate of the brand new York Town band the Twanglers; pursuing their 1995 dissolution, she shaped the Harmonicats with guitarist Doug Walker. The group’s self-titled debut LP made an appearance in 1997; Hearts in my own Dream followed 2 yrs later.
