Phil “Philthy Animal” Taylor

The drummer who propelled Motörhead’s groundbreaking thrash metal attack, Phil “Philthy Animal” Taylor was created Sept 21, 1954, in Chesterfield, Britain. He replaced first Motörhead drummer Lucas Fox midway through documenting the band’s self-titled 1977 debut record; following conclusion of the 1980 traditional Ace of Spades, Taylor broke his throat throughout a melee using a enthusiast, sidelining him for the better section of per year.
