Oran “Juice” Jones

Oran “Juice” Jones seemed on his method to stardom once the tough-talking one “The Rainfall” became popular in 1986. Though blessed in Houston, Jones was raised in Harlem and was among the 1st signees towards the Def Jam subsidiary label OBR, that was to be specialized in vintage spirit and R&B works. Jones was in fact an excellent “lovely” soul vocalist, but that facet was obscured by his facade like a gangsta. His greatest solitary was a duet with Alyson Williams, “How exactly to Love Once again.” After “The Rainfall” topped the R&B graphs in 1986, Jones was struggling to land any longer strikes with follow-up singles.
