Vocalist/bassist Desmond Horn formed the progressive rock and roll trio Ruler of Kings in 1988 with guitarist Kevin O’Neill and drummer Gus Hart. After experimenting NY and, for a short time, SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, the band performed a show before Tesla’s Frank Hannon. Impressed, the guitarist launched Ruler of Kings to Geffen professional Tom Zutaut, who quickly authorized the group. After more than a yr of composing and documenting, their self-titled debut recording premiered in 1991.
