Chancho en Piedra

Chancho en Piedra is a Latin rock-band from Chile that shaped in the first ’90s by singer Eduardo Ibeas, guitarist Pablo Ilabaca, bassist Felipe Ilabaca, and drummer Leonardo Corvalán. Chancho en Piedra’s initial record deal emerged in 1995 when the music group registered to an area label known as Alerce, launching Peor Ha sido Mascar Lauchas, co-produced by Gonzalo González. Chancho en Piedra participated within an event known as El Nuevo Rock and roll Chileno immediately after. In 1996, the group was talked about with the MTV Latino present Raizonica while its video “Socio” began getting rotated. In November that same calendar year, Chancho en Piedra was asked to an area music festival known as Surf Rock and roll Tour, playing before 50,000 people. During March and Apr of 1997, the music group documented La Dieta Del Lagarto. Afterwards, Chancho en Piedra performed at Colombian’s Rock and roll al Parque. In 1998, the music group registered to Sony Music, obtaining among its songs within a compilation known as Copa de la Vida. Ríndanse Terrícolas premiered in 1998, accompanied by Marca Chancho in Sept of 2000.
