The romantic vocalist in the Puerto Rican reggaeton duo RKM & Ken-Y, singer Ken-Y released his solo career following the group split in 2013. Blessed Kenny Vasquez, he became a member of José Nieves in 2003 and produced a group that could chart frequently, get a Grammy Prize nomination, and become released a platinum prize because of its debut record, Masterpiece. The duo divide in 2013 because they searched for solo professions. They both released single albums in 2016, with RKM proclaiming his intentions using the aptly entitled Diferente while Ken-Y trapped using what he was known for and released The Ruler of Love. The record appeared over the indie label Clean Productions and highlighted Nicky Jam, Natti Natasha, and Manny Montes as guests.
