John Kahn

b. 1948, USA, d. 30 Might 1996, Mill Valley, California, USA. Bass participant John Kahn was most widely known for his efforts to the single work of Pleased Dead creator and head Jerry Garcia. Kahn’s initial mainstream work emerged in 1969 along with his efforts to guitarist Mike Bloomfield, including albums like the Live Travels Of Mike Bloomfield And Al Kooper, It’s Not really Getting rid of Me and Live At Costs Graham’s Fillmore Western world. Kahn first associated with Garcia in 1970 within a collective of music artists structured at San Francisco’s Keystone Korner. His initial recorded executing with Garcia was 1972’s Hooteroll?, and he done nearly every Garcia single and live task.
