Jeri Brown

Among the best up-and-coming jazz performers from the 1990s, the Montreal-based Jeri Dark brown originated from a music family members (her grandfather played sax and her uncle was a trumpeter). After we were young in St. Louis and graduating university, she toured European countries performing light opera and spirituals before switching to jazz. A fantastic scat vocalist and an expressive interpreter of lyrics, Jeri Dark brown has recorded many excellent pieces for Justin Period.
