Hydra

Mexican progressive rock-band Hydra was shaped in 1995 by guitarists Luis Ortíz and Carlos Arechica, drummer Jorge Pérez, and singer Marcela Bovio. The music group had its main adjustments during 1996 and 1997 when Pérez and Arechica remaining, being changed by Roberto Quintanilla on acoustic guitar and David Vásquez on drums. Furthermore, bassist Miguel Villarreal became a member of the act briefly. After 2 yrs of playing addresses and with no a defined design, the band began to turn to intensifying rock, producing their very own music. Their initial recognition emerged when Hydra earned at Monterrey’s Celebration, playing a tune known as “Insomnio.” Hydra earned the opportunity to create their first demonstration, which was documented in March of 1998. In 1999, after keyboardist Alejandro Millán became a member of in, the music group documented their first record, known as Bosquejo. In Apr of 2000, Hydra emerged in third place on the Expo Rock and roll Festival. After Apr 2000, Hydra got more adjustments in its fall into line, and Miguel Villarreal was changed by Carlos Martinez on bass. After touring intensively, they place the finishing details on the second record, Al Phard, Al Shuja.
