Beginning like a noisy, synth-based combo in 1999, Victoria, Uk Colombia’s Hot Hot Warmth developed into an aggressively catchy indie rock-band two years later on, when keyboardist Steve Bays took around the vocal responsibilities, and guitarist Dante DeCaro became a member of their rates.
