Cactus Patch

This rock trio from Washington, D.C., became a member of collectively in early 1999, required the name of Cactus Patch, and began playing along the East Coastline. Vince Scheuerman (acoustic guitar), John Hutchins (bass), and Dennis Manuel (drums), show a distinctive love of life yet create lyrics which are thoughtful, seem sensible, and still rock and roll. Scheuerman and Hutchins (child years close friends) both started playing in a variety of bands if they had been 16. Through the middle-’90s Hutchins created the Sidewinders, a ska music group in D.C., and Scheuerman used it for 3 years.
