Brij Narayan Chakbast

Pandit Brij Narayan Chakbast was one of the biggest authors of Urdu poetry. His ghazals and nazm, including “Khaak-E-Hind,” “Ramayan Ka Aik Picture,” and “Gulzaar-E-Naseem,” continue steadily to influence the authors and poets of India. A indigenous of Faizabad, a little town near Lucknow, Chakbast inherited his abilities being a poet from his dad, Pandit Udit Narayan Chabast, a well-known Kashmiri Brahmin poet. Following loss of life of his dad in 1887, he shifted with his mom towards the more-metropolitan Lucknow. An effective attorney, Chakbast utilized his poetry to foster a patriotic like of India. Although he was inspired with the ghazals of Mirza Ghalib, Jigar Muradabadi, and Faiz Ahmed Faiz, he was even more attracted to the nazm design. His collected function has been released as Subah- E- Watan. Chabast was stricken with a paralytic seizure while looking forward to a teach in 1926. He passed away a couple of hours later.
