Bloodhorse

Originally formed in later 2004 in an effort to keep busy and kill the downtime off their other bands, drummer Alex Garcia-Rivera, bassist/vocalist Matt Woods, and guitarist/vocalist Adam Wentworth formed Bloodhorse and began pushing the limits of stoner metal. When their various other obligations found a finish, the trio tossed apart the grind and hardcore punk impact of their previous bands the Crimson Chord and present In the Ghost, and made a decision to pursue the greater primal, heavier audio of groupings like Hawkwind and Deep Crimson. In 2006, the group self-released their demonstration, Black Lung Increasing, drawing the interest of Translation Reduction Information. In 2007, the music group agreed upon to the label and, quickly soon after, released their self-titled EP. In ’09 2009, they released Horizoner on Translation Reduction.
