Big Mac

One of the most mysterious statistics in post-war blues, Big Macintosh was an in any other case anonymous truck drivers from Arkansas who all cut exactly a single program that anyone is aware of, recording “Tough Dried Female” inside a program with Hubert Sumlin for Stan Lewis’ Jewel label through the mid-’60s. The track, co-authored by Chicago maker Don Clay, was originally said to be an instrumental offering drummer Willie Williams, but Big Mac pc, lacking slightly depth in his tone of voice, almost flipped it right into a sub-Howlin’ Wolf workout with Sumlin within the foreground for the next half within the B-side. Mac pc left the program and was by no means heard from once again, as far as anyone knows.
