Banda Beijo

The Banda Beijo was formed by members from the Bloco Beijo, several revelers (foliões) from the Carnival of Salvador, Bahia, which had names like Luís Caldas and Jorge Zarath as members. Shaped in 1988 and led by Netinho to supply the music for the merrymaking from the bloco, the Banda Beijo documented their first recording (Prove Beijo) in the same yr.
