Billy a child was much metal group formed in LA in 1984 simply by Stephen Frederick (vocals), Expenses L’Kid (guitar), Jeffrey Velvet (bass), and Randy Hold off (drums). They lower one unsuccessful recording, Sworn To Fun, in 1985, after that broke up.
