A Quiet Revolution

A Quiet Trend was the single saving alias of Irishman Damian O’Neill, recognized to most like a guitarist and tunesmith from the Undertones which Petrol Feelings. In early 2001, he released a self-titled record on Alan McGee’s Poptones label that stood at chances using the hyper punk and pop of his earlier rings. Eschewing the skills for which he previously been known for through the entire earlier 2 decades, the recording was a drain amalgam of imaginary soundtracks, culling motivation from John Barry to My Bloody Valentine and several other factors between. Documented at Kevin Shields’ studio room, many everything was performed, organized, and made by O’Neill himself.
