Three Summers Gone

The emocore quintet Three Summers Eliminated (singer/bassist Chris Summers, drummer Kyle Weitzel, plus guitarists Lamar Thompson and Dan Africa) formed in March of 1998, from the ashes from the obscure SC music group Blue in the facial skin. After relocating to SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, the band made an appearance on an area compilation of various other up-and-coming punk clothes, aswell as adding a melody (“All Said and Done”) towards the Thrasher video Firing Squad. Their debut record, Period Well Spent, implemented in 2001 over the Substandard label — merging a melting container of punk noises from days gone by (the Descendents) and today’s (WARM WATER Music).
